The C4BITS Principal Consultant has undertaken a number of key interim management assignments, including:

Chief Information Officer (CIO) - Supported a leading European fuel card and toll payment service provider to enter the Chinese market. Worked closely with Chief Operating Officer (COO) to establish Beijing office and undertake in-depth market and technical research. During the 20 month assignment, dealt directly with central and local government agencies, and the industry and state regulatory bodies.

Business Systems Manager, Telecoms Joint Venture Partnership – managed team of BAs, PMs and offshore software house. Introduced Agile development methodology to support timely delivery of a rolling 40 project pipeline.

Business Systems Manager, Social Care Provider – Reviewed and realigned the IT Strategy, developed a systems refresh roadmap, and project managed the recovery of a failing Warehouse Management System.

Project Manager, Health and Pharmacy Retail Group – Undertook project recovery for 2 distressed major projects, desktop O/S upgrade and new sales floor layout management system, that had stalled and were negatively impacting both technical and commercial strategic plans.
